Pushing the limits of glass application with ‘Gravity’

Each year Glasstec, the world’s leading trade fair for glass, presents concepts that push the industry forward. For 2018’s edition, Define Engineers, Carpenter | Lowings and Seele collaborate to showcase the unimaginable potential of this high-tech material with the centre-piece ‘Gravity’.

In line with the 2018 hot topics of the fair, ’Gravity’ represents a real-size car suspended on only two super-thin glass sheets. The invisible, yet powerful force of gravity is portrayed with the material which corresponds best to those qualities – glass.

The idea conceived by Define Engineers is supported by the industry’s leading firms and will be unveiled at Glasstec from 23rd-26th October in Dusseldorf, Germany. Follow our press release for more details on this exciting exhibit.
